Saujana Jaya (サウジャナ ジャナ)

Glomac Berhad is aiming to build a new township in its recently-acquired landbank in Kulaijaya, Johor. This will be a joint project between Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ) and Glomac Berhad, covers an area of 70.51 hectares or 174.23 acres total, and will be erected on the site lot 28044, (PN 58705), Mukim Bukit Batu, Kulaijaya. Kulai, the town is 29 km from Johor Bahru city and 8 km from Skudai. It is located in the center of district. Kulai town and others town within this district are located along the old trunk road linking Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. There are also many housing estates within the township. The town is surrounded by rubber and oil palm estates.

The proposed mixed development consisting of 1,705 residential units of various categories such as two-storey terraced houses, affordable houses and communities house and 173 commercial units which will be divided into several phases with an estimated gross development value (GDV ) of approximately RM710 million. The last population census that was done in 2010, Johor has an average household size of about 4.2 per household. For this mixed development project there will between 8,000-10,000 populations who will live in areas of the project when it is completed.

Surrounded by excellent amenities and public facilities such as IOI Mall, Senai International Airport, Johor Premium Outlet (JPO), Senai Technology Park and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Kulaijaya, the town is 29 km from Johor Bahru city and 8 km from Skudai. The facilities available will be National and Secondary School, Surau, Mosque, Multi Purposes Hall and Community Police Station. Owners and investors will also have the opportunity to enjoy the easy access to Kulaijaya from the North – South Expressway (PLUS).
