Seda Ayala Center Cebu Provides a Smooth Touch to Cebu Business Park Hotel
Ayala's Seda Hotel brings its unique Filipino brand of silky smooth hospitality to Cebu as it reopens Cebu Business Park Hotel as Seda Ayala Center Cebu. This brings their Ayala Center Cebu portfolio in line with 8 other successful Seda hotels in Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Laguna, Quezon City, Taguig, and Palawan.
Seda Ayala Center Cebu boasts of innovative designs and amenities from the plans of renowned architect, Conrad Onglao. It now features Seda's signature layout, with an expanded reception area and seating capacity for guests. Despite being the major financial hub of Cebu, Cebu Business Park lacked a hotel facility that could cater to international guests and Seda's entry fills in the gap.
Next in Seda's list would be Circuit Makati, Arca South Taguig, Ayala North Exchange Makati, the Bay Area (beside Ayala Malls Bay Area), and Cebu IT Park, aiming to increase the total room size to 3,500 by 2019. Seda Bonifacio Global City will also see an expansion of additional 342 rooms.
Meanwhile, in nearby Bacolod, Junie Jalandoni, Senior Vice President of Ayala Land lauded the success of Seda Ayala Capitol Central and noted a possible expansion to 250 rooms as the demand exceeds their current 150 rooms.*
