New residential project in Ortigas Center by Federal Land and Orix

A new residential project spearheaded by Federal Land, Inc. and Japan’s Orix Corp. will soon rise along Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The Grand Midori Ortigas will be a high-rise development offering the finest units featuring the elegant and functional Japanese design and aesthetic. The world-renowned Tokyo-based Japanese architectural firm, Tange Associates, designed the two-tower development.

Tom Mirasol, the Federal Land, Inc. The first Grand Midori development rose in Makati City back in 2011. The 35-floor twin tower development was awarded the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in the Residential High Rise category during the 2017 FIABCI-Philippines International Real Estate Federation’s Property and Real Estate Awards.
