DMCI Homes almost done selling Pasig condo units
DMCI Homes has almost sold out their units for the upcoming three-tower residential condominium, Prisma Residences in Pasig City. They have now reached P11.4 billion in reservation sales.
The property is now down to its last 214 units due to the high demand in the area.
In a study by Colliers International, DMCI Homes expects high residential demand in Pasig to continue in the next three years thanks to the entry of offshore gaming firms.
Colliers expects leasing to remain firm over the next three years as the entry of offshore gaming firms in Quezon City and Ortigas Center should boost residential demand in these areas,” Colliers International said in its 2nd quarter property market report.
DMCI Homes also cites a study by Santos Kight Frank, which states that Ortigas and Makati booked the fastest take-up rate at more than 20 units per month, compared to almost 150 units per month in the Bay Area in the second quarter.
Due to the high demand, DMCI Homes has taken matters into their own hands and will launch another project in the area.
“We are currently exploring product designs that could better address the needs of homebuyers in the area,” DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said in a statement.

DMCI Homes targets to complete Prisma Residences’ Astra building by April 2022. The Celeste tower is set to be finished in April 2023, while the Kiran building will be complete by April 2024.
