Bria Homes: Affordable Homes for Filipinos

PropertyAccess Team |

The Philippines has long experienced a housing backlog despite the impressive economic growth the country has been experiencing over the last couple of years.

Bria Homes recognizes the need to create homes, and so they’ve taken it upon themselves to help reduce the country’s mass housing backlog by offering affordable high-quality homes for Filipinos. Their affordable house-and-lot packages are targeted towards Filipino families, overseas Filipino workers, and retirees.

Bria Homes is a fast-growing mass housing developer in the Philippines and it is a subsidiary of Golden Bria Holdings, Inc., a company with a market capitalization of over P200 billion. It has more than 50 developments covering over 700 hectares of land.

Their philosophy is simple, “[t]o offer high-quality homes to all aspiring Filipino homeowners without the prohibitive costs and the complicated processes,” said in a statement by the affordable housing unit of Bria Holdings, Inc.

This developer is determined to address the nation’s housing backlog and they say, "it is our belief that the housing backlog in key cities and urban areas can be effectively addressed by affordable condominiums; hence, we created Bria Flats, the vertical product line of Bria, to cater to the needs of professionals who want to experience comfortable and convenient living in highly urbanized areas like CDO and Lapu-Lapu City, where the cost of land has become steep," said Ms. Jerylle Luz Quismundo, former Bria President.

They are also guided by their five core values: mura (affordable), mabilis (fast construction), maganda (pleasant communities), mahusay ang serbisyo (good service) and malapit sa lahat (within close proximity).

“Bria prides itself in easy-on-the-pocket homes that do not compromise quality… through affordable packages and convenient funding options that ease the load of payment for as low as P1,897 a month,” they said.

Bria Homes’ amenities include covered courts, retail establishments, play areas for children, and special venues for events and recreation. They also make sure their communities have access to business and commercial centers and shuttle service that will enable residents to commute between any Bria community and nearby destinations with ease and convenience.

This developer has projects all around the country. In Luzon, Bria Homes has projects in Pangasinan (Urdaneta), Tarlac (Paniqui), Pampanga (Magalang and San Fernando), Bataan (Mariveles and Hermosa), Cavite (General Trias, Trece Martires, and Indang), Batangas (Balayan and Lipa), Bulacan (Plaridel, Malolos, Santa Maria, San Jose Del Monte, and Norzagaray), Rizal (Teresa, Binangonan, and Baras), Laguna (Calauan, Calamba, Sta. Cruz, San Pablo, Alaminos, and Bay), and Camarines Sur (Pili and Iriga).

In Visayas and Mindanao, Bria’s projects can be found in Negros Oriental (Dumaguete), Samar (Calbayog), Leyte (Ormoc), Misamis Oriental (Cagayan de Oro, Balingasag, and Gingoog), Bukidnon (Manolo Fortich, Valencia), Davao del Norte (Tagum, Panabo, and Carmen), Davao del Sur (Davao City and Digos), North Cotabato (Kidapawan), and South Cotabato (General Santos City).
