World Investment Fair 2019: internationally investing in real estate

SHINJUKU, TOKYO -- PropertyAccess.co held the World Investment Fair last September 7, 2019, at Lumine 0 at Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.

More than 500 participants attended the event to learn more about investing in real estate overseas.

PropertyAccess.co recognizes that the Japanese real estate and economy has reached a saturation point, and so the World Investment Fair showcases foreign real estate to the Japanese for them to invest in abroad.

The World Investment Fair allowed developers to show their properties to various potential investors. Developers such as Acmar, Netland, Vinhomes, Bancorp Wealth Management, PropNex Realty, Ascott Starr KLCC, Ortigas & Company, Bukit Bintang City Centre, FederalLand, SMDC, ArthaLand, AboitizLand, and so on were present during the event.

The event was opened by J-pop singer and TV actress, Yu Hayami, along with Kenji Ishida and Seika Ito talking about the Hawaiian Lifestyle. Later on, Noboru Ohashi also talked about the latest housing conditions and luxury condominiums in Hawaii. 

Speakers then moved towards talking about Malaysia with Mako Nakamura and Satoshi Watanabe sharing their experiences, this talk was moderated by Keiko Nabon.

Moving towards topics to real estate in general, Hiroyasu Ota talked about the best things about hotel condominiums for overseas asset dispersion, Taizo Yokota shared his insights on retirement and asset management, and Osamu Nagashima talked about the rapidly changing real estate market.

The event also featured various lotteries for travel opportunities for the attendees to enjoy.
