IPIC 2019: PropertyAccess.co promotes investment for international real estate

SHINJUKU, TOKYO -- Last September 6, 2019, PropertyAccess.co held the International Property & Investment Conference at Lumine 0 at Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.

The event proper was from 5 PM to 7 PM and the networking party was held from 7 PM to 9 PM and more than 300 participants attended the event.

During the event, distinguished speakers shared their knowledge and experience in the lucrative world of real estate.

Hiroki Kazato, the CEO of PropertyAccess.co, encouraged Japanese attendees to invest internationally, saying, “[t]he real estate investment environment in Japan and overseas has changed drastically in the past few years. In Japan, investment loans have reduced, and more banks have provided loans for overseas real estate investment.” He also says now the time to invest overseas as, “[we are in] an era in which “to live and play an active part in the world” becomes the norm.”

Speakers such as Professor Shimizu Chichiru shared his insight on the future of real estate investment, Attorney Narimoto Haruo spoke about the Possibility of Investing in Small Real Estate Overseas Using Crowdfunding, Tokuyama Akinari shared his knowledge on the Possibility and Difficulty of Real Estate and Muneyoshi Toshihiko talked about Southeast Asian Development Investment Strategy and Potential as a Real Estate Company.

Speakers such as Cherie Fernandez from Federal Land and Hang Le from Vinhomes talked about the investment opportunity in the Philippines and Vietnam respectively.

Various developers such as Acmar, Netland, Vinhomes, Bancorp Wealth Management, PropNex Realty, Ascott Starr KLCC, Ortigas & Company, Bukit Bintang City Centre, FederalLand, SMDC, ArthaLand, AboitizLand, and so on were also present during the event to promote their projects to attendees.
